postnatal massage
Postnatal massage is offered to help new mothers in the weeks and months following their baby’s birth. At this time there can be considerable stresses and strains on your body from cuddling, feeding and carrying your new baby. Massage can help reduce these and just as importantly for you - and indirectly for your baby and family - can give you some gentle time out to recharge, relax and let someone else look after you for a while. Suitable from 1 week after a regular birth, 6 weeks after a c-section and provided by trained and experienced therapists.

1 hour: £50
90 mins: £65
Mobile Appointment:
1 hour (90 min appt): £65
90 mins (2 hour appt): £85
Please allow additional time for a consultation and time to rest after your appointment. For mobile appointments please also allow additional time for your therapist to set up their equipment.
The mobile appointment price includes travel to your home if you live in the north/west Leeds areas. If you live outside these areas a small, additional travel charge may be made. Please see below for more info.

mobile appointments
The mobile appointment price includes travel to your home if you live in the north/west Leeds area. If you live outside these areas, a small, additional charge may be made to cover travel expenses, but we will always be upfront with you about this and agree it when we make your booking. If you live outside of the Leeds/Bradford city areas we’ll always do our best to accommodate you and so please do get in touch, letting us know where you live, and we’ll see what we can do.

At Calico Massage Therapy we work from a purpose built, comfortable and accessible treatment room in the Headingley Wellbeing Centre in Headingley, Leeds. There is parking at the door and we are open daytimes and evenings. We also offer mobile appointments around the Leeds and Bradford areas, allowing you to have a massage in the comfort of your own home. Our massage therapists are trained to leading national and international standards and are fully insured to work with you.
