Indian head massage
This is a lovely, holistic treatment based on the Hindu practice of Ayurveda. The massage focuses on your upper body using acupressure, stretching and deeper pressure work on your head, neck and shoulders. It can release aches and pains as well as leaving you feeling deeply relaxed. It is a great treatment for stress relief as well as helping address tension headaches and neck and shoulder discomfort.

Indian head massage is a wonderful, therapeutic and relaxing treatment based on the ancient Indian health system of Auyurveda. Auyurveda is based on the belief that the mind and body are intricately connected and to treat one is to benefit the other. This is why Indian head massage is said to benefit you physically and emotionally. It uses a combination of acupressure massage as well as deeper massage to help stimulate, revive and relax you.

Indian head massage is a great treatment for relaxation and for emotionally centering and balancing you. It can help with neck, upper back and shoulder discomfort as well as helping address headaches and facial tension. It is also a great treatment to help improve scalp and hair condition.
what to expect
Our therapist will carry out a full consultation with you before your treatment and it is useful to let us know then if you have any injuries or areas causing you discomfort. It is also great to know whether you like light or firm pressure – we’ll check this with you during your treatment but it is also good to know this at the outset.
Massage oil may be used on your head and scalp and so please do let us know if you aren't comfortable with this.
who is it suitable for?
Indian head massage is suitable for most people who are generally healthy (though there are instances where it may not be suitable and so please do check here or give us a call to have a chat about this). mobile appointments
The mobile appointment price includes travel to your home if you live in the north/west Leeds area. If you live outside these areas, a small, additional charge may be made to cover travel expenses, but we will always be upfront with you about this and agree it when we make your booking. If you live outside of the Leeds/Bradford city areas we’ll always do our best to accommodate you and so please do get in touch, letting us know where you live, and we’ll see what we can do.

There is parking at the door and we are open daytimes and evenings.
